About Me

A tough negotiator with strong communication skills, Danny is always looking for a way to take his career to the next level with expert coaching and knowledge of the ever-changing market condition.

The passion and love he has for what he does is second to none. His top priorities are to understand his client's needs and goals while striving to provide the highest level of professionalism. Danny's philosophy within the Real Estate Industry is that communication is the key in working with all buyers and sellers. Communication is the base for all proficient negotiation skills. He feels that it takes a wide range of experience and background to work with all parties involved in a real estate transaction. Danny set goals not only for himself but assists his clients in setting goals for themselves and strives to help them achieve these goals.

Born and raised in the beautiful city of Seattle, Danny started his career in real estate at the age of 21 and now with 15 years of experience, Danny is a full-time broker at John L. Scott Real Estate and has a full-time support staff

I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that I oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.
